Return Policy
Stock products can be returned within 90 days of purchase date and are subject to a moisture test prior to acceptance
Special order products are not returnable. Special order items are clearly marked in the item description of the product and the return policy is clearly stated at the bottom of the invoice. The products we carry are of very high quality and we only recommend a 5% allowance for waste/cuts on your order. If you figure over 5% allowance, you will have material left. Please make sure your measurements are correct and cut/ waste allowance is 5% or less.
Material Pickup / Will Call
We ask all customers to call ahead prior to picking up your order. This will give our warehouse personnel plenty of time to get your order pulled and minimize your wait.
Warranties & Installation
Tiles of Distinction is a distributor for the manufacturers we sell and represent. All warranties, terms and conditions and installation instructions are provided by each manufacturer and we follow those warranties, terms and conditions and installation instructions.
